What is the box's storage capacity ?

The storage capacity of the box we install is 16.54" Wide x 14.76" Deep x 20.28" High (inches) making it suitable for small, medium, and large packages, as well as letters, magazines, and large envelopes. The mailbox is roughly the size of a grocery hand basket and can hold up to 4 men’s size 12 shoe boxes at one time.

What is the maximum parcel size that can be delivered a one time ?

The parcel slot can fit packages up to 15.75" Wide x 14.57" Deep x 7.48" High (inches) making it suitable for small, medium and larger packages. Please note that this is not to be confused with the box's storage capacity.

What if I need a bigger size box?

Currently, we install the standard size box (19.7” Wide x 15.7” Deep x 38.6” High), which is designed to fit most household deliveries.

What areas do you serve?

Currently, we serve the Greater Toronto Area and Winnipeg, Manitoba, and we’re working on expanding to more cities.

How much does an installation cost?

Installations start at $1,050 CAD. A 50% deposit is required before work begins.

How long does an installation take?

Installations typically take about a week. First, we pour and level the concrete pad and allow it to cure for a few days. Once the pad is ready, we return to assemble and securely bolt the mailbox in place.

Is the installation covered by a warranty?

Yes — all installations come with a 1-year workmanship warranty for issues like loose bolts or uneven placement. The mailbox itself also includes a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty for damage or defects.
